We collect information you provide when creating an account, such as your email address and password. Passwords are stored using secure hashing and are not stored in plain text.

When you use our tools, we may store usage information such as your email, selected tool, input length, generation counts, student profile details you choose to save, and education progress entries.

Billing information is handled by Stripe. Ruckers Cloud does not store full payment card numbers.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide secure login, operate AI tools, enforce free and paid plan limits, manage subscriptions, improve the platform, and support customer requests.

Education profile and progress information is used to personalize learning support for the account holder.

AI Tool Inputs

Information typed into AI tools may be sent to AI service providers to generate responses. Users should avoid entering sensitive personal, medical, legal, financial, or confidential information unless they are comfortable using it for an AI-generated result.

AI outputs should be reviewed by the user before relying on them for school, career, business, or personal decisions.

Cookies and Sessions

Ruckers Cloud uses secure session cookies to keep users logged in and protect accounts. Customer and admin sessions may expire after 30 minutes of inactivity or after a maximum session time.

Third-Party Services

We use third-party services such as Stripe for billing and OpenAI or other AI providers for generation. These services process information according to their own terms and privacy practices.
