Use of the Platform

Ruckers Cloud provides AI-assisted tools for career preparation, education support, productivity, and future technical training. Users are responsible for how they use generated content.

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt service operations, or use the tools for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive activity.

Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for activity under their account.

Ruckers Cloud may disable accounts that violate these terms, create security risks, abuse free usage limits, or misuse the service.

Subscriptions

Career Center and Education Center subscriptions are separate paid offerings. Features, pricing, and limits may change as the platform develops.

Paid subscriptions are managed through Stripe. Users may manage or cancel subscriptions through the billing portal when available.

AI-Generated Content

AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for a specific situation. Users should review, edit, and verify outputs before submitting, publishing, or relying on them.

Ruckers Cloud does not guarantee employment outcomes, academic results, admission results, test scores, or job placement.

Education Use

Education tools are designed to support learning. They are not a replacement for parents, teachers, tutors, school services, professional evaluations, or individualized educational decisions.

Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided as an AI-assisted service. To the extent permitted by law, Ruckers Cloud is not liable for decisions, losses, or outcomes based on use of generated content.
